Welcome to the ENACTING Participatory Media Lab Challenges! As part of the free ENACTING online course, we offer three challenges to inspire and motivate you on your social documentary project: 1st Challenge: Write a one-sentence description of your documentary. 2nd Challenge: Use a photograph to represent your documentary project. 3rd Challenge: Create a one-minute video describing your documentary project. The ENACTING Participatory Media Lab Challenges are designed to inspire creativity and foster connections with other participants in the online course. For inspiration and insights, don’t forget to explore our Media Library, where you can view interviews with social documentary experts and see how other participants have tackled the challenges for their social documentaries. Our ENACTING Forum is another great way to connect with other participants and share your journey. And finally, make sure to check out the ENACTING Digital Film Festival where you can showcase your work and potentially win an award! And remember, social documentary filmmaking is all about capturing reality and emotions! Social documentaries are a tool for social change and you have the chance to become a change-maker!

If you are realizing your own social documentary thanks to the ENACTING MOOC and you want to share with the other participants your idea, it is time to go to the Participatory Media Lab!We propose you a first challenge to take up: share one sentence to describe your film project! You just have to submit your sentence here and it will be published on our website next to others’ project ideas. If you have no idea yet, it could help you find inspiration or examples of what kind of social issue you can talk about.
THE SECOND CHALLENGE IS LAUNCHED!
If you are realizing your own social documentary thanks to the ENACTING MOOC and you want to share with the other participants your idea, it is time to go to the Participatory Media Lab! We propose a second challenge: share one picture representing your film. You just have to submit your picture here, and it will be published on our website next to others’ project pictures.
It is also a source of motivation, so let’s explore this Media Lab!
